Duey Kol is a philanthropic advisor dedicated to helping foundations and community partners advance meaningful social change. As Director of Strategy and Impact at GMA Foundations, she advises family and private foundations on grantmaking strategy, governance, learning, and community engagement, helping clients align their resources with their values and aspirations.
Throughout her career, Duey has worked across philanthropy, government, education, and community organizing, including leadership roles with the National Park Service, where she advanced initiatives focused on civic engagement, education, and community partnerships.
A first-generation college graduate and the daughter of Cambodian refugees, Duey brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Born in Thailand and raised in Massachusetts, she serves on the advisory board for the University of Massachusetts Lowell's College of Fine Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. Outside of work, Duey enjoys traveling, mentoring emerging leaders, and spending time with her family.
