User Agreement for Trust-Based Philanthropy Project Materials

Thank you for your interest in the Trust-Based Philanthropy Project’s tools and resources. By using or accessing these materials, you’re agreeing to the spirit and terms of this agreement. If you have any questions about this agreement, please contact us at hello@trustbasedphilanthropy.org

This agreement is a legal contract between you (the user) and the Trust-Based Philanthropy Project, which is a fiscally sponsored project of Social and Environmental Entrepreneurs. Given our commitment to supporting learning and education around trust-based philanthropy, we are happy to make our materials available for non-commercial purposes. This agreement provides information on how you can use materials produced by the Trust-Based Philanthropy Project (including our webinar recordings, how-to guides, templates, samples, publications, reports, and other resources). For any materials that were not produced by the Trust-Based Philanthropy Project (especially under the section labeled “Publications”) please contact the original creators for the permissions on how to use or replicate those materials.

By accessing or using Trust-Based Philanthropy Project materials, you agree to follow the terms of this license.
