Tracey Greene-Washington is the President of Indigo Innovation Group, a consulting firm dedicated to accelerating transformational change through leadership development, change management, and systems-level strategy. As a strategic thought partner, strategist, advisor, executive coach, facilitator, speaker, and author, she works alongside executives, philanthropists, and changemakers to build alignment, strengthen culture, teams, strategy and lead with clarity during times of transition and growth.
With more than 25 years of experience across the philanthropic, nonprofit, and business sectors, Tracey helps leaders and teams move from awareness to action — bridging the gap between vision and execution. Her approach integrates the disciplines of change leadership, organizational development, change management, culture/team dynamics, leadership development and futurism, helping organizations navigate complexity and achieve sustainable impact.
Before founding Indigo Innovation Group, Mrs. Greene-Washington held several distinguished leadership roles in philanthropy and community development. She served as Director of Special Initiatives for the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust, where she led two long-term, place-based initiatives: Healthy Places NC, focused on improving health outcomes in rural counties, and Great Expectations, an early childhood initiative in Forsyth County. Prior to this, she was a Program Officer at the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation, leading statewide efforts to address the wealth gaps. Earlier in her career, she served as Program Officer and Director of Learning & Evaluation for the National Rural Funders Collaborative, advancing rural community transformation nationwide, and as Director of Technical Assistance, Training & Policy for the South Carolina Association of Community Development Corporations, supporting 45 CDCs across the state in building local capacity and sustainable development.
In addition to leading Indigo Innovation Group, Tracey is the Founder of CoThinkk, a social change philanthropy dedicated to advancing economic mobility, education, and leadership among communities of color in Western North Carolina. She is also a social entrepreneur and co-owner of No Grease Northlake and No Grease Premium, with her husband and Co-CEO of Razored Technologies, alongside her husband Edmund Washington the CEO, an emerging company focused on technology solutions that drive innovation and leadership solutions across the grooming industry.
