Lalitha is a Senior Advisor with The Giving Practice at Philanthropy Northwest and comes with over 20 years of experience in philanthropy and social impact consulting. Previously she was the chief operating officer at the Stupski Foundation and before that, managing director at the social impact consulting firm FSG.

Her primary interest and expertise lie at the intersection of strategy and equity. Her experience spans strategy development for philanthropy, corporations (CSR, Corporate Philanthropy and Shared Value) and collaboratives (collective impact). She lives in the hope that her work contributes, in some small way, toward building a world where everyone, especially people of color and women, can thrive.

Lalitha holds a master's in business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s in engineering from Cambridge University.
